According to the Q3 Tech Talent Outlook, the U.S. Net Employment Outlook for IT is 47%. That’s one point above the last quarter, and 11 points higher than the global average.
The Outlook, published quarterly, is determined by subtracting the percentage of employers expecting reductions in IT staff from those planning to hire.
