The client’s Enterprise Access Management team was challenged with updating and automating the manual processes and functionalities associated with their applications and onboarding. To accomplish this, they needed assistance evaluating all current policies and procedures, system accesses, and applications to identify security risks and vulnerabilities. This required building multi-faceted teams to conduct the evaluations and support multiple business areas throughout the automation efforts.

Solution

The client’s team partnered with Experis to screen, hire, and build the team of experienced information security analysts, software engineers and Scrum masters required to perform the work within the project time constraints. We worked closely with the organization’s leadership, who supported multiple functions and business areas, to understand their individual requirements and objectives and create a customized hiring solution for each team to ensure the right candidates were matched precisely to the right role.

To expedite the process while ensuring thorough screening, we conducted multiple levels of vetting prior to presenting the top candidates to hiring managers. We also utilized a shareable video screening platform to enable a more flexible and accessible interview process. In addition, for these highly technical roles, we employed our in-house subject matter experts – in both agile and software development – to conduct further screening of each candidate.
