A top asset management firm specializing in vehicle financing across North and South America needed to modernize its QA approach. The goal was to implement a Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) test automation strategy to improve quality and speed across a large enterprise application portfolio.
How We Helped
Experis deployed four specialized QA teams, each made up of three automation experts. These teams assessed the client’s current automation landscape and upgraded existing scripts using Cypress and Playwright to improve performance and maintainability.
To accelerate testing cycles, we built a Continuous Integration pipeline within GitLab. We also conducted a full audit of the automation framework and introduced best practices to improve reliability and scalability.
