The Challenge
When a major health system acquired a regional academic medical center and health system, it faced the daunting challenge of migrating the entire organization onto its domain. This complex domain migration spanned six hospitals, over 200 clinics, and more than 44,000 team members and devices—posing a significant risk of disrupting daily operations for thousands of providers, nurses, and staff.
How We Helped
The organization entrusted Experis with the support contract for Field Services and Service Desk Consultants to ensure staff had reliable, on-the-ground support throughout the migration. We quickly assembled and managed a team of 31 consultants plus a project manager, providing both technical expertise and frontline assistance. When technical delays on the client’s side forced a pause, we rebuilt the team and re-launched without losing momentum—demonstrating flexibility speed, and commitment to the client’s success.

We successfully completed one of the region’s largest health system domain migrations.
