However, the scale of operations demanded a high volume of technical talent and the hiring process for qualified data scientists and engineers was proving to be a major bottleneck.

To streamline hiring and maintain quality, we designed a comprehensive technical screening process. This included a skills-based questionnaire built on Python, C++, Bash and SQL fundamentals, along with a one-hour coding challenge tailored to evaluate technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
At the same time, we established a scalable Center of Excellence (COE) model to deliver consistent support and drive long-term value.
