Along with seeking an Agile transformation, a global life sciences company’s leadership identified the need to improve their Product Analyst’s capability to assist the business in requirements management, product management, and Agile/Scrum. The client’s Product Analyst population was initially trained but was inexperienced in employing best business practices and methodologies. Previous attempts at training and transformation failed to achieve long term retention and adoption.
Solutions
Experis delivered instructor led training paired with collaborative workshops to promote an enhanced learning experience while building the analyst toolset as well as one-on-one mentoring sessions to reinforce methodology, framework, and approach training and to facilitate the adoption of “change.” To help ensure that long term retention, we developed a roadmap to organizational maturity. We trained analysts to think, act and communicate like product managers – promoting a culture that is creative in understanding and solving customer problems.
Results
With support from Experis, our client’s analyst population immediately leveraged learnings. Trainings achieved 99% attendance, while mentoring session (NA) achieved 90% attendance. Experis was able to set our client up for long term success by reinforcing top-down leadership expectations and providing clear direction for management to further refine organizational skillset through the Maturity Roadmap.
