We were brought on as an exclusive partner to the Intelligence Automation group supporting the Commercial Banking line of business within one of our enterprise financial clients. The team is responsible for driving automation and creating automated solutions for former manual processes. The company needed to staff for strategy leadership, documentation specialist, and RPA automation positions.

This client had specific cost and budgetary goals and was tasked with finding a more cost-effective solution to the traditional consulting staffing model. To meet their goals, the team was tasked to identify a single vendor that could provide the necessary cost savings without sacrificing the quality of talent.

Solution

The Intelligence Automation team partnered with Experis to provide a cost-effective pricing strategy as well as a streamlined hiring process and solution to ensure a high caliber of talent was still provided to the team.

Experis worked closely with the hiring leadership to specifically qualify each individual position, provide a customized screening process per role, and build a diverse team to support the initiatives of the team.

We outlined a specific delivery plan and timeline to meet the priority needs of the team that involved set interview times and feedback calls to ensure candidates moved through the hiring process in a timely manner and remained engaged throughout the process.

Candidates were vetted for hard skillsets as well as soft skills, personality matches and career aspirations.
