Every year the Everest Group research firm performs its PEAK Matrix® Assessment to evaluate U.S.-based contingent staffing providers’ market success, vision, and delivery capabilities. This year’s assessment reviewed the ability of 28 companies to deliver services through vision and strategy, the scope of services offered, innovation and investments, and delivery footprint. These companies were then segmented into Leaders, Major Contenders, and Aspirants based on the independent evaluation by the Everest Group.
We are excited to be named a Leader once again for our outcome-based expertise across the key practice areas of business transformation, enterprise applications, cloud and infrastructure, digital workspace, and cyber security. We have also been awarded the Star Performer designation, based on relative year-over-year improvement.
The companies named Leaders were found to perform significantly better than others in most of the dimensions (most notably vision and capability) as well as creating market impact.
The report called out Experis’ strengths in associate experience and redeployment, citing our various training and upskilling programs, and hire-train-redeploy.
