Business Challenge
One of the nation’s leading healthcare systems needed a team of high-quality credentialed trainers to conduct end user training for their workforce in preparation for an Epic implementation.
Key concerns were:
- Quality – ensuring consultants have the experience and aptitude to be good adult educators
- Budget – overcoming the high cost of consultants and travel fees
- Time constraints – meeting the timeline of less than 45 days to identify, vet, recruit, and select training team
- Commitment – securing a team of individuals who support corporate values and the local community
- Disruption – managing a high volume of resources across multiple sites
- Churn – safeguarding project success against the risk of consultant turnover
- Knowledge Transfer – providing adequate knowledge transfer and post-project transition
