A global medical services company servicing over 12 million patients per year with 39,000 employees was seeking a partner to architect a secure, compliant, high availability and scalable enterprise architecture. The client's current Microsoft Azure was not architected to meet their growing needs. Re-architecting the client's cloud environment would meet short-term goals and be future-proof to support three- and five-year strategic initiatives. Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and PII regulations are critical to the client as they modernize their operating environments in Microsoft Azure.
Solution
The Experis Cloud & Infrastructure and Cyber Security teams utilized our TrueStart Agile processes to evaluate the client’s current and future requirements, review documentation, interview stakeholders, and capture undocumented requirements. Collaborating with the client’s technical teams, Experis developed and delivered an Azure architecture design that included extensive security, compliance and cloud services guidance, as well as recommendations for enhancing operation effectiveness.
