Business Challenge

An independent, not-for-profit organization that accredits and certifies more than 20,000 healthcare organizations and programs in the U.S. needed to reduce the overall idea-to-implementation timeline for IT initiatives. It also needed to improve IT delivery speed and quality to its nationwide base of certification resources to meet the ever-changing requirements of the medical industry.

Solution

Experis conducted an Agile readiness and adoption assessment to determine how Agile could be successfully tailored to the corporate culture. A Scrum based framework was designed based on Agile practices that could be communicated and adopted across the IT and business enterprises.

Experis trained key client IT and business stakeholders on the tailored Agile framework, implemented through Team Foundation Server (TFS) configuration of Agile processes and artifacts (defined by Experis) and pilot projects. Experis provided skilled resources to minimize project risk and maximize delivery effectiveness.
