A global life sciences company needed to adopt Agile to create a consumer- and customer-centric mindset that would help them to better deliver exceptional value to customers and consumers. The adoption of Agile would also allow the client to improve their internal ways of working, solve new future-forward problems and continue to grow in a chaotic, fast-changing world.
Solutions
Our experienced team first conducted on-the-ground interviews to better understand the specific problem and its root cause. After developing a more complete understanding of the client’s issues, we led a Strategy Cascade session to create a roadmap to improve alignment, resource transparency, outcomes-based focus, and customer and consumer response. To ensure that Agile adoption was smooth and successful, Experis performed Servant Leadership Training to identify leadership behavior changes and attitudes needed to create an environment for successful training. After ensuring that the client had an environment ready for successful adoption, we provided Agile coaching and training to the entire organization.
Results
Working with Experis allowed the client to improve their ways of working (both internally and externally with customers and consumers.) Following training, teams were taught how to focus on delivering value to their customers and consumers by understanding their unmet needs. Leaders were equipped with skills to better serve their team and organization first, by transparently communicating strategy, encouraging team ownership of the execution, removing bottlenecks and empowering teams with autonomy and skills needed for success.
