The Challenge  

Our parent company, ManpowerGroup, set out to solve a massive data challenge. They needed a single, powerful platform to bring together labor market data from 247 global markets, including public employment records, government data and proprietary surveys.  

This effort required processing and standardizing data from 2 billion profiles and 1.4 billion job postings worldwide. The goal was to turn this information into real-time, actionable insights that could help business leaders make smarter decisions about talent acquisition, workforce planning and retention. 

How We Helped

To address the complexity of this challenge, Experis built a scalable global workforce intelligence platform hosted on Snowflake and Azure. The solution applied advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to continuously refine results and improve accuracy.  

We trained the model using both pre-deployment datasets and live usage data through Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), creating a tool that learns and evolves over time.

To make insights accessible, we also developed a GenAI-powered self-service experience. Users can now access conversational labor market insights directly through a web app integrated into Microsoft Teams. This design ensures seamless access to data where people already work and collaborate.
