Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences industry, is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join their team. As an Associate Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Coordination department supporting Analysis Service projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Understand customer needs for Analysis Service projects and support study design discussions.
- Coordinate sample logistics, shipment, and documentation in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate project records in Salesforce and other systems, ensuring timely updates and compliance.
- Communicate project timelines, updates, and changes effectively to all stakeholders.
- Support internal project planning, capacity meetings, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth project execution.
What's Needed?
- University degree within the Life Sciences field or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a laboratory or service organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce programs, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
