What's the Job?

• Manage and facilitate the Scrum process within multiple software development teams.
• Coach teams to adopt and improve Scrum practices, ensuring adherence to the Scrum framework.
• Lead efforts to provide Scrum training for team members and stakeholders.
• Serve as the Scrum framework authority, evangelizing Agile principles and values.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure effective backlog management and delivery of prioritized work.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and metrics.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remove impediments and foster a self-organizing team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
