Power Platform & Knowledge Management Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in financial industry, is seeking a Power Platform & Knowledge Management Specialist to join their team. As a Power Platform & Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be supporting enterprise-wide initiatives to modernize knowledge management and document lifecycles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Power Platform & Knowledge Management Specialist

Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $62/hr - $67/hr W2

What's the Job?

• Modernize knowledge management and document lifecycle processes using SharePoint and Microsoft PowerPlatform tools.
• Consolidate multiple documentation repositories into a single, efficient system.
• Build and implement document approval workflows to streamline content management.
• Analyze program control documents and build Power Apps capabilities to automate and improve document governance, approval workflows, and lifecycle management.
• Enable Copilot search capabilities across internal content to improve information retrieval.
• Build PowerBI dashboards to support analysis of program metrics.
• Create user-friendly support pages for enterprise applications and develop decision/approval logs.

What's Needed?

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including building and supporting Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including managing document repositories, content organization, and approval workflows.
• Knowledge of document governance, knowledge management, document lifecycle management best practices, and workflow automation.
• Ability to analyze program control documents and support automation within PowerApps.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards and data analysis; Jira experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with experience working directly with business stakeholders.
