Our client, a leading organization in the Life Sciences industry, is seeking a dedicated LabVantage LIMS Engineer to join their team. As a LabVantage LIMS Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Laboratory Information Management Systems support team, contributing to the advancement of laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to innovation, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: LabVantage LIMS Engineer
Location: Cincinnati, OH (open for remote)
Pay Range: $50-55/hr
What's the Job?
- Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of LabVantage LIMS solutions within a regulated environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across R&D, Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Regulatory labs to deliver scalable laboratory solutions.
- Drive platform modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize laboratory workflows.
- Ensure compliance with GxP and validation standards through thorough review and approval of technical designs and configurations.
- Partner with external vendors and internal teams to support system integrations and global support efforts.
What's Needed?
- Extensive experience leading large-scale LabVantage LIMS implementations and system upgrades.
- Deep understanding of laboratory workflows and GxP compliance requirements.
- Strong technical skills in solution architecture, system integration, and platform governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
