Product Manager 5 - Contingent

Our client, a leader in digital transformation and enterprise automation, is seeking a Product Manager 5 - Contingent to join their team. As a Product Manager 5 - Contingent, you will be part of the Observe‑to‑Agent (O2A) Platform support team. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Product Manager 

Location:Charlotte, NC (On-site required 3 days a week)

What's the Job?

• Lead the strategy, vision, and enterprise‑scale development of the O2A platform, transforming video‑based process captures into executable workflows and automation code.
• Define and scale enterprise capabilities, ensuring secure deployment with measurable business value across the organization.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap and multi‑release strategy for the Video‑to‑Code pipeline and broader agent creation ecosystem.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to define seamless data transition from capture to agent execution, ensuring compliance and governance standards.
• Provide strategic guidance and influence stakeholders at all levels, supporting long‑term digital transformation initiatives.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of experience in digital product management or related fields, with a focus on AI or automation capabilities.
• Technical expertise in multimodal machine learning, generative AI workflows, and automation design.
• Proven ability to define and scale enterprise‑grade AI or automation solutions.
• Strong systems‑thinking mindset with experience influencing senior leadership and technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross‑functional leadership.
