Data Quality Lead

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and research industry, is seeking a Data Quality Lead to join their team.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Data Quality Lead

Location: South San Francisco, California, with remote work flexibility

Pay Range:$68.00 per hour  to $70.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Lead the management of study life-cycle activities across complex clinical studies, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Design and implement innovative data management solutions aligned with F.A.I.R. principles to enhance data accessibility and usability.
• Partner with external vendors, CROs, and internal teams to oversee data transfer agreements and ensure standards are met.
• Conduct high-level data reviews using visualization and statistical tools to identify outliers and anomalies, maintaining data integrity.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for data collection, including new data types and emerging technologies, to support research objectives.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, life sciences, statistics, informatics, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical data management, with proficiency in CRF design and query resolution.
• Strong knowledge of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, CDISC standards, and regulated environments adhering to ICH-GCP.
• Experience managing complex study teams and overseeing all phases of clinical data management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
