Salesforce Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be part of the enterprise technology department supporting the development and integration of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to collaboration, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Customize, enhance, and integrate Salesforce.com applications to meet business needs
• Develop technical design documents and build technology solutions aligning with both business and technical considerations
• Manage technical scope and client expectations effectively
• Implement Salesforce architecture including Data Cloud and Agentforce
• Collaborate with stakeholders to wireframe and prototype UI designs, ensuring user-friendly interfaces

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of overall IT experience with a strong background in Salesforce development
• Experience with Data Cloud implementation and Agentforce
• Proficiency in Salesforce tools and technologies – Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, and Salesforce integration with other enterprise platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
