Our client, a leading organization in the technology and services sector, is seeking a dedicated IT Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an IT Systems Engineer, you will be an integral part of the End User Computing department supporting multiple functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Own desktop service management, including system architecture, design, build, implementation, maintenance, and retirement.
- Operate and support Intune and MECM (SCCM) components such as OS Deployment, Software Updates, and Client Health.
- Provide engineering support for desktop Privilege Management using products like Ivanti and Intune Endpoint Privilege Management.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
- Manage Tier 3 and higher ticket queues, acting as a point of escalation and working with vendors to resolve complex issues.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of five years of recent experience with desktop operating systems and infrastructure technologies such as WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
- Strong knowledge of Intune, MECM (SCCM), Windows Desktop OS (Win10/11), Hybrid Join, and Co-management.
- Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell and familiarity with security tools like Windows Defender and Data Loss Prevention.
- Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Kanban and Scrum, with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work with sensitive data, requiring US citizenship, and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills across diverse teams.
