Data Analyst 2

Our client, a leading organization in supply chain and enterprise data management, is seeking a Data Analyst 2 to join their team. As a Data Analyst 2, you will be part of the Materials Master Team supporting supply chain operations and data quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Redmond, WA - Remote, PST hours to be worked

Pay Range: $42 - $46.hr on Experis W2 (Benefits/PTO/401k)


 

What's the Job?

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions to monitor data quality trends and key performance indicators.
• Build AI-assisted solutions using Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering, and AI agents to automate data analysis and improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze data across multiple enterprise systems to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and process gaps.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions to prevent recurring data issues.
• Lead data remediation initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure corrective actions are completed effectively.

What's Needed?

• At least 4 years of experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
• Experience with AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering, or AI agents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data quality assessment and root cause analysis.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to independently gather requirements and deliver solutions.
