Technical Lead (Data Migration)

We are seeking a  Data Engineer /Lead  to join our team. 

Job Title: Lead Data Engineer
Location: Austin, TX

We are seeking senior Technical Leads to guide architecture, solution design, and engineering execution across data migration, cloud modernization, and application development initiatives. These individuals will provide technical leadership for distributed delivery teams and act as trusted advisors to both client and delivery leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
· Minimum 7 years of professional software engineering or data engineering experience
· Minimum 3 years leading technical teams
· Experience leading Agile development teams
· Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
· Strong architecture, design, and technical leadership capabilities
Preferred Experience
· Snowflake, Databricks
· Data Migration, Data Warehousing , Data Engineering
· ETL/ELT Architecture
· Azure Cloud Services
· Consumption layer - UI development using React, C#
· Data Governance and Data Quality
Key Responsibilities
· Lead technical architecture and solution design activities
· Provide day-to-day technical direction to engineering teams
· Establish development standards, coding practices, and quality controls
· Review solution designs, code quality, performance, and scalability considerations
· Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to refine requirements
· Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies
· Mentor onshore and offshore engineering resources
· Support deployment planning, release management, and production readiness reviews
· Participate in executive and client-facing technical discussions
