Our client is seeking a dedicated Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting critical systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will enable you to thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment.

What's the Job?

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects using advanced debugging tools and custom scripts.
  • Provide technical support for system installations, including creating and maintaining detailed documentation and training materials.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer requirements, system issues, and interaction logs.
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to ensure the continuous availability and security of production environments.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software Quality Assurance.
  • At least 2 years of experience developing automated test solutions using Python, Go, or similar languages.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including EKS, Apache Spark, and AWS Lambda.
  • Must be a United States citizen residing within the contiguous 48 states to support FedRAMP environments.
  • Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies, including TDD, CI, and CD.
