Position Title: Technology Support Engineer
Location: Hybrid: Dallas TX 75201
Duration: 11+ Months with possibilities of extension  
Pay Rate: $48/hr on W2

Job Description:
What are must-have skills for this role?
1. Oracle Right now
2. PHP 3. SQL server Backend

What are some nice-to-have skills :
1. Agile
2. .Net
3. AI

Responsibilities:
Support coverage for all applications with Technology stack includes Oracle RightNow (SaaS CSR platform) and PHP with SQL Server backend.
Maintain, troubleshoot production issues and enhance app. Perform Security scan, , upgrade and patching activities. Maintain ci/cd pipeline for deployments
With SLA handle support/enhancement/security and compliance tickets
