Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a RPA UiPath Solution Architect to join their team. As a RPA UiPath Solution Architect, you will be part of the Automation Support team supporting offshore support initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and deploy comprehensive RPA solutions using UiPath to optimize business processes.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Create reusable components, solution designs, and architectures that support future growth and scalability.
• Maintain high standards for reusability and efficiency in development practices, ensuring robust and reliable automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, resolve technical challenges, and optimize processes for maximum operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with proven expertise in UiPath.
• Advanced proficiency in UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and REFramework.
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET Core for creating custom UiPath libraries and advanced logic.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, OCR, Document Understanding, APIs, PDF, Excel, and web automation.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for success.
