Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer III to join their team. As a Site Reliability Engineer III, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support Department supporting cloud and grid environment operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, collaboration, and innovative problem-solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Provide day-to-day operations and project support for infrastructure, focusing on the firm's GRID environment and cloud product offerings.
  • Develop, test, and deploy automated workflows to enhance IT business processes.
  • Research and implement process or technology improvements to optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Deliver technical documentation and provide expert-level consultation on complex automation workflows.
  • Support shift and weekend coverage to ensure continuous system availability and performance.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 6+ years experience in Python and Ansible automation tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of shell scripting (Shell/Bash/Ksh) and experience with large enterprise grid deployment or cloud integration.
  • Proficiency in developing projects using Go lang, XML, XSLT, SOAP, RESTful APIs, and SQL databases.
  • Strong understanding of Linux, Windows, virtualization technologies, and CI/CD pipelines with tools like Git and Jenkins.
  • Experience with Azure/AWS cloud platforms, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and automation of large distributed environments.
