Our client, a leading organization in the technology and cloud services sector, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support team supporting cloud and container platform operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Ensure the reliability and support of container platforms on-premises and across multiple cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance, connectivity, and security issues within OpenShift, Rancher, and Azure environments
- Conduct deep dives into systemic reliability issues, manage incidents, and perform problem management activities
- Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and deployment issues, including performing blameless root cause analysis (RCA)
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement fixes, improve automation, and enhance operational excellence
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5+ years supporting Kubernetes, OpenShift, RKE, or EKS container platforms
- Proficiency with Python, Ansible, Golang, and shell scripting
- Experience with major cloud services and container security practices
- Strong understanding of Linux OS, DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, and Windows Authentication
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics
