Our client, a leading organization in the data management and enterprise technology sector, is seeking a DataStage Data Engineer (TX, NC, DE) to join their dynamic team. As a DataStage Data Engineer (TX, NC, DE), you will be an integral part of the Data Engineering department supporting critical data transformation and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Addison, TX (On-site)

What's the Job?

  • Design, develop, and support enterprise-scale data integration and transformation solutions.
  • Migrate, optimize, and support critical data processing workloads to ensure scalability, resiliency, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize data platforms and implement best practices.
  • Support the 2026 Never Down Program and EOL technology migration involving IBM CloudPak for Data.
  • Troubleshoot and perform performance tuning on data workflows to maintain data integrity and efficiency.

What's Needed?

  • 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Data Integration.
  • Strong expertise with IBM DataStage development and IBM CloudPak for Data (CP4D) v4.5.
  • Advanced SQL and PL/SQL programming skills, with experience in Oracle and DB2 databases.
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and data modeling.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, performance tuning, and data validation skills.
