Technical Data Analyst – Connected Vehicle Operations

Our client, a leading organization in the automotive and connected vehicle industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Technical Data Analyst – Connected Vehicle Operations to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the Connected Operations department supporting digital customer experiences, you will play a key role in leveraging data analytics to enhance vehicle connectivity services.  

Job Title: Technical Data Analyst – Connected Vehicle Operations

Location: Warren, MI

Pay Range: $57 per hour on W2 

What's the Job?

• Review and analyze key performance metrics to assess impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data for insightful analysis.
• Conduct extensive data analytics on large datasets using cloud platforms and big data methodologies.
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Support technical troubleshooting, bug tracking, and incident management to ensure optimal service performance.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in SQL across Postgres and Oracle systems with expert-level skills.
• Experience with Unix shell scripting and integrating Oracle SQL with shell scripts.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Databricks, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of Python programming for data analysis and automation tasks.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with 2-4 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
