ITSS-NOC Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data management sector, is seeking a dedicated NOC Technician to join their team. As an NOC Technician, you will be an integral part of the Technology Operations Center supporting the network and infrastructure teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot server and non-desktop computer hardware, software, and systems within data center and network environments.
• Monitor, track, and record system performance and utilization metrics to ensure optimal operation.
• Maintain access control, data integrity, and file system security for the infrastructure environment.
• Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Collaborate with management and specialists to recommend hardware, software, and process improvements for increased efficiency.

• Broad IT experience, preferably in a large corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently within prescribed guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
