Data Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Data Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Data Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Data & Analytics department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Data Engineer

Location: Memphis, TN or Dallas, TX (Hybrid 2-3x a week)

Pay Range: $52

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Conduct quality assurance to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Lead and support team members through performance reviews and mentorship.
• Actively contribute to projects, demonstrating a hands-on leadership style.

What's Needed?

• At least 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Quality Assurance (QA) processes.
• Proven ability to conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Availability to work onsite three days per week.
• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
