Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking a Content Coordinator 5 to join their team. As a Content Coordinator 5, you will be part of the Web Content Management Department supporting the Content Production and Publishing Teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Content Coordinator 5
Location: Fully remote, any US time zone
Pay Range: $38/hr to $40/hr on W2
Contract Duration: until 06/30/2027 (possibility of extension)
What's the Job?
- Create, edit, and publish web pages in Contentful CMS using approved templates, components, and assets.
- Assemble pages from reusable components and templates, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Perform quality assurance checks on web pages before launch, including link validation, asset verification, and rendering accuracy.
- Support localization workflows by creating localization files and managing localization hand-offs.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
What's Needed?
- Hands-on experience with Contentful or a comparable headless CMS, with the ability to author and publish content effectively.
- Proficiency in component/template-based page building within a design-system environment.
- Strong QA discipline with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality content before publication.
- Familiarity with localization processes and multi-market page creation.
- Basic understanding of on-page SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
