Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Architect to join their team. As a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Architect, you will be part of the professional services department supporting client engagement and solution delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to consumer goods retail execution needs.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and architectural alignment with client stakeholders to ensure optimal solution delivery.
• Provide technical guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, APIs, and data architecture.
• Support presales initiatives by demonstrating solution value and aligning technical strategies with client goals.
• Drive solution documentation, architecture artifacts, and best practices within Agile delivery models.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with at least 2 years focused on Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end CG Cloud implementations.
• Deep expertise in CG Cloud capabilities such as Visit Planning, Visit Execution, In-Store Tasks, Surveys, and Retail Store data models.
• Strong understanding of mobile/offline architecture, sync patterns, and performance optimization strategies.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect certifications (or on certification path).
