As an Engineering Technician 4 Lead_USD, you will be an integral part of the Longmont-based Electronics Lab supporting innovative projects and technological advancements. Job Title: Engineering Technician 4 Lead_USD

What's the Job?

• Lead and manage daily operations within the electronics laboratory, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop, test, and troubleshoot electronic systems and components.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Document test procedures, results, and technical reports for project continuity and quality assurance.
• Mentor and support junior technicians, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, and laboratory management.
• Strong understanding of electronic components, circuits, and testing equipment.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality standards.
