IT Lead, MES

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking an IT Lead, MES to join their team. As an IT Lead, MES, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations team supporting digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Lead, MES

Location: Milwaukee, WI

What's the Job?

• Lead and oversee the implementation, development, upgrades, support, and process optimizations of manufacturing applications (DELMIA Apriso solutions).
• Work on Desktop Client, Process Builder, and Screen Designing in Apriso.
• Manage MES/MOM solutions and Industry 4.0 technologies to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Define technical requirements, specifications, and architecture designs aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MES with enterprise systems such as SAP and ERP platforms.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in MES (Delmia Apriso) implementation, integration, and support, with at least 4 years in technical leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with MES systems, software development, and related technologies.
• Strong project planning, execution, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving requirements.
