Our client, a global leader in cloud infrastructure and data center technologies, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager, you will be supporting data center construction, commissioning, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive approach to safety and risk management, which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Construction Safety Manager

Location: Wenatchee, WA (100% Onsite)

Pay Range: $71.33 - $76.84/hr (6-Month Contract)

 

What’s the Job?

  • Partner with general contractors and project teams to ensure compliance with construction safety requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Support incident investigations, safety inspections, audits, and corrective action activities across active construction sites.
  • Review high-risk activities and provide guidance on safe work practices, including electrical safety, LOTO, commissioning, and steel erection activities.
  • Monitor safety performance, risk mitigation efforts, and project deliverables to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through collaboration, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

What’s Needed?

  • 5+ years of experience supporting construction safety, EHS programs, or field safety operations.
  • Strong knowledge of data center construction safety, OSHA requirements, commissioning activities, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
  • Experience supporting high-risk construction activities, including electrical work, steel erection, and heavy equipment operations.
  • Proven ability to conduct inspections, incident investigations, risk assessments, and contractor safety evaluations.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and team-building skills with the ability to work effectively across contractors and project teams.
