• Conduct design analysis on components and assemblies to support development processes, ensuring designs are cost-effective, manufacturable, and reliable.
• Coordinate with engineering personnel to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
• Provide technical guidance and act as an internal consultant on complex projects, sharing expertise to enhance project outcomes.
• Engage in cross-disciplinary collaboration to optimize design solutions and improve overall project efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team to foster innovation and excellence.

What's Needed?

• Associates Degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering or related areas.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed design analysis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proven ability to provide technical guidance on complex projects and contribute to innovative solutions.
