Business Intelligence Analyst 5

Our client, a leading organization in the data management and analytics industry, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst 5 to join their team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst 5, you will be part of the Data Analytics Department supporting regional data center operations and procurement management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst 5

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $55 to $65/hour

What's the Job?

• Contribute to establishing metrics reporting by extracting data from new tools and building dashboards and Power BI reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain data models, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic initiatives
• Support ongoing data quality and integrity initiatives to ensure accurate reporting

What's Needed?

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, data modeling, data engineering, and analytics/reporting
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, computer science, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in building dashboards using Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Fabric
• Experience in extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) processes and data visualization
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team
