Our client, a leading public utility in the energy sector, is seeking a Endpoint Support Technician to join their team. As an Endpoint Support Technician, you will be part of the IT Platform Services supporting desktop and endpoint support, conference room and audio/visual support, and providing white glove service to executive staff. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Endpoint Support Technician

Location: Sacramento, California

Pay Range:$27.00 to $30.00 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Provide hardware and software support across desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, plotters, and peripherals within a Microsoft networked environment.
  • Install, maintain, diagnose, and prepare computer hardware and peripheral equipment.
  • Diagnose, research, and resolve computer issues with minimal supervision.
  • Manage computer user data and software inventories efficiently.
  • Support conference rooms and troubleshoot audio/visual technology for meetings, including after-hours support for board and committee meetings.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT operations support.
  • Hands-on experience supporting desktops, laptops, and tablets in an enterprise environment, including Windows OS and user profile management.
  • Experience supporting audio/visual technology in hybrid meeting settings.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain technical information.
