Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the successful delivery of complex software projects. What's the Job?
- Manage end-to-end testing processes for Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and Field Service transformation projects.
- Define comprehensive test plans, including schedules, test cases, and entry/exit criteria.
- Lead conference room pilots (CRP) and system integration testing to ensure seamless implementation.
- Oversee defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution activities to maintain high-quality standards.
- Coordinate across functional, technical, integration, and data teams to ensure project success.
What's Needed?
- A minimum of five years of experience in software development, testing, program management, and analysis.
- Experience leading at least two full lifecycle system delivery implementations in a testing capacity.
- Strong understanding of various software development methodologies including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in technical sciences or information systems preferred, but not required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to guide teams and ensure project milestones are met.
