We are seeking a Senior SSO Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) to support the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions. This role will lead identity integration efforts, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, and deliver secure, scalable authentication solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.

What’s the Job?

  • Lead the design and implementation of SSO solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Configure and integrate applications using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
  • Manage and maintain enterprise identity and access management (IAM) solutions
  • Serve as the technical lead for SSO-related client implementations and integrations
  • Collaborate with application owners to onboard and configure applications for SSO
  • Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and identity-related issues
  • Implement and manage Conditional Access policies, MFA, and security controls
  • Configure user provisioning and deprovisioning (SCIM where applicable)
  • Support hybrid identity environments (Azure AD Connect, federation services)
  • Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and implementation guides
  • Provide guidance on identity best practices, governance, and compliance
  • Act as a customer-facing SME, leading technical discussions and solution design sessions

 

What’s Needed?
 

  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Proven experience implementing SSO across multiple enterprise applications
  • Expertise in authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
  • Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, and identity security frameworks
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex authentication and federation issues
  • Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple implementation
