Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated Oracle ARCS Developer to join their dynamic team. As an Oracle ARCS Developer, you will be an integral part of the Finance Technology Department supporting the ARCS implementation and enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Remote (Candidates must be located in the EST timezone)

What's the Job?

  • Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of Oracle ARCS solutions.
  • Design and develop transaction match and ARCS Data Management modules based on project requirements.
  • Build ARCS compliance reconciliation and transaction matching modules to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop data integration workflows using Data Management tools.
  • Participate in workshops, collaborate with stakeholders, and engage in client discussions to gather requirements and provide updates.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience with ARCS, including at least 2 projects designing and developing transaction matching modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Management with experience in at least 2 projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • ARCS certification is preferred but not mandatory.
