Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a Documentation Engineer to join their team. As a Documentation Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Documentation Engineer
Location: San Antonio, TX (hybrid 3 days a week onsite )
Pay Range: $20-$25 p/h on w-2
What's the Job?
- Perform engineering work related to planning, devising, or adapting methods to improve manufacturing production processes.
- Examine equipment, processes, operations, and assembly to identify opportunities for time or quality improvements.
- Manage documentation and engineering change activities within the ENOVIA PLM system, focusing on company rebranding initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams through meetings and project discussions to ensure seamless project execution.
- Support the review and update of manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Approximately 2 years of relevant experience, including recent graduates with pertinent internships or projects.
- Experience with documentation management and engineering change activities, preferably within the ENOVIA PLM system.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, especially in managing documentation and BOMs.
- Experience or familiarity with medical devices is preferred but not mandatory.
