Software Engineer

Our client is seeking a Software Engineer to join their team. As a Software Engineer, you will be part of the IT department supporting enterprise-wide software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform complex IT analysis and programming tasks related to software development in a mainframe DB2 environment.
• Design, analyze, and implement solutions using Ca-Gen development tools.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain large-scale software applications.
• Ensure software solutions meet enterprise standards and requirements.
• Participate in team interviews and contribute to project planning and execution.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of experience with Ca-Gen development analysis and design.
• Proficiency in mainframe DB2 and client-server environments.
• Ability to perform independently on complex IT tasks with a high degree of creativity.
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Current residency in Wisconsin; no relocation is permitted.
