.Net Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the clinical research sector, is seeking a .Net Developer to join their team. As a .Net Developer, you will be part of the innovative Technology Department supporting AI/ML integration and web application development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: .Net Developer

Location: Bethesda, Maryland

Pay Range: Contract to Hire, $90,000 - $110,000 W2 

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable web applications leveraging modern technologies and AI-driven capabilities.
• Build full-stack solutions using modern front-end frameworks and back-end technologies, ensuring seamless integration across UI, APIs, databases, and AI services.
• Develop intelligent features such as conversational interfaces, semantic search, document processing, summarization, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics.
• Integrate AI/ML services, including LLM-based solutions and NLP pipelines, using cloud platforms or custom models while ensuring performance, accuracy, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, including architecture design, estimation, and delivery planning.

What's Needed?

• 4+ years of professional experience in web application development within enterprise environments.
• 4+ years of experience working with AI/ML-enabled applications, NLP solutions, or modern AI platforms.
• Strong front-end experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong back-end development experience with C#, .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core (additional experience with Python or Node.js is a plus).
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure, including services such as Azure OpenAI / AI Services, Azure App Service, Functions, Storage, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Key Vault.
