What's the Job?

• Perform authorized security testing on complex enterprise applications to identify vulnerabilities early in the development cycle.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand security issues and facilitate effective remediation strategies.
• Work as a liaison between the InfoSec team and developers, translating technical findings into understandable insights for leadership and management.
• Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement of security measures.
• Utilize a variety of security testing tools and techniques, including manual and automated testing, to evaluate application security posture.

What's Needed?

• At least 3 years of experience in software development or testing within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies, especially in security contexts.
• Deep understanding of web application technologies, protocols (HTTP, HTTPS), and browser behaviors.
• Knowledge of application security domains such as authentication, authorization, identity management, and cryptography.
• Experience with security testing tools like Fiddler, Burp Suite, static code analysis tools, and familiarity with OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25, CWE vulnerabilities.
