Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) sector, is seeking a dedicated Project Manager - IV to join their team. As a Project Manager - IV, you will be an integral part of the Enterprise Compliance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will enable you to thrive within this dynamic environment.

Job Title: Project Manager 

Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid - onsite a few days per week)
What's the Job?

• Support the implementation and integration of a risk assessment AI tool within the GRC ecosystem.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across compliance, risk, legal, and technology teams to gather and refine system requirements.
• Translate complex business processes into clear workflows, requirements, and user stories.
• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks using tools such as Jira and MS Project.
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and provide regular status updates to ensure project milestones are met.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of experience managing system implementation or integration projects.
• Ability to quickly understand and translate business processes into actionable requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including compliance, risk, and legal.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira and MS Project.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
