Test Technician

Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking an Engineering - Non Degreed I to join their team. As an Engineering - Non Degreed I, you will be part of the Production Support team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Engineering - Non Degreed I

Location: Irving, TX

Pay Range: $23/hr

What's the Job?

• Perform detailed assembly and testing of electronic components and finished devices in a controlled manufacturing environment
• Read, interpret, and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and complex test procedures
• Utilize automated test equipment to ensure product quality and functionality
• Maintain accurate records for Device History Records and quality documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and achieve quality and profitability goals

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalency required; AAS preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience with electromechanical assemblies or electronic manufacturing preferred
• Experience with electronic assembly and testing in a medical device environment is a plus
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and FDA controlled environments is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
