This is a Day 2 operations position combining Technical Support Engineer (TSE), GCP Support, and SRE Mentoring responsibilities. Core activities include:
Operations and support of GDC air-gapped environments
Incident resolution, including those generated by Alert Sapphire
Executing and validating SOPs
Triaging and driving resolution of SAP customer issues
On-call coverage (including P0/P1 overnight incidents)
Key profile requirements (based on the GDC IO Evaluation Framework):
Strong Kubernetes background - CKA certification preferred (team needs minimum 4 CKA-level IOs)
CKAD level for every IO
Git knowledge
Relevant experience in SRE, DevOps, Linux SysAdmin, or K8s Administration
GCP experience is a strong plus
